Responsibilities:

• Have a close interface with Purchasing and SQA regarding production and process related questions.
• Work to continuous develop our Suppliers within the identified Supplier Development areas such as, welding, machining and painting
• Support Sourcing and suppliers in production and process technical questions.
• Support Sourcing in trouble shooting according to production, process related issue.
• Train and support Suppliers in welding, painting, machining and other production related activities.
• Travelling and visiting our Suppliers

Ideal candidate:

• Welding Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing operations as welding, machining and painting.
• Documented experience from welding, machining and painting in heavy structures.
• High competence in welding and painting standards and requirement.
• Good experience from start up production and/or move production.
• Structured and take own initiatives
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Polish
